The Agent to Talk to For Jersey Shore Real Estate
Now that we are in Texas there is the whole other half of the country that is opening up for us. Our neighbors are from Florida and I am seeing more and more license plates from other states as I drive to and from work. It seems that a lot of people are coming to Texas from other states.
With their coming comes stories about distant lands that we never knew existed.
One of those places is Jersey Shore in New Jersey. Being from California my though of Jersey wasn’t the best but after finding out some fascinating facts about Jersey Shores I have to say that my mind has changed.
The place that I got most of my information about the area came from real estate web site of Bruce Germinsky who specializes in real estate in Jersey Shores. This guy really has a nice web site that tells a lot about the area. He even has a blog that he posts to regularly about real estate and the Jersey Shores area.
For instance I did not know that Jersey Shores was such a desirable place to live for the wealthy. According to Bruce’s site it is within commuting distance to New York. Also, it is a favorite vacation place for those wanting to get free of the hustle and bustle of the city.
Elsy and I beginning to plot out places that we want to visit as the kids get older and Jersey Shores is definitely on for the list.

Did you know that one of the older houseblogs.net sites is based on our Jersey Shore house project? We went through the shop- acquire- design- demolish- build cycle on Long Beach Island in Harvey Cedars, NJ. You can see it at
